1. You must be 21 or older with a valid ID to consume alcoholic beverages. Accepted forms of ID include a State ID, Driver’s License, Military ID, or Passport. No fake, expired, or damaged IDs will be accepted.

2. No smoking inside or on the patio, in accordance with the Georgia Smokefree Air Act of 2005.

3. A 20% service charge will be automatically added to all parties of six (6) or more and to dining tickets exceeding $100, in accordance with House Bill 5056 (1997–1998 legislative session). This policy ensures exceptional service and fair compensation for our staff.

4. Management reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who is disrespectful to employees, makes verbal remarks, or disrupts the atmosphere of the restaurant. Guests who must be removed are subject to a 20% service charge on their final bill.
